Royal Enfield is hiring for the role of Resource - Engine Assembly!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly technicians and operators on the engine assembly line.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and adjust work schedules to meet production goals.
• Monitor the assembly process to ensure operations conform to defined standards such as cycle times and build sequences.
• Analyze production schedules and work orders to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.
• Requisition necessary materials, supplies, and equipment parts to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
