Resolution Analyst Job in Thane at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Customer Engagement: 

• Manage high-value or complex overdue accounts through professional telephonic communication. 
• Negotiate structured repayment solutions aligned with client policies. 

2. Resolution Delivery: 

• Achieve aggressive recovery and resolution targets. 
• Handle escalations requiring deeper negotiation and conflict resolution. 

3. Relationship & Compliance: 

• Maintain professional rapport with customers while ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory frameworks. 
• Document all commitments, call outcomes and resolutions with accuracy in CRM systems. 

4. Performance Contribution:

• Act as a role model for junior tele collection specialists / tele collection officers through consistent performance and discipline. 
• Provide inputs to team leads on portfolio-specific insights and behavioral patterns of customers. 

Key Skills and Attributes 

• Fluent communication in English & Hindi (mandatory). 
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills. 
• High levels of resilience, empathy and professionalism. 
• Ability to manage stress and high-pressure recovery conversations. 
• Proficiency in call logging and digital CRM tools.
