McKinsey and Company is hiring for the role of Research Science Analyst - GCI Banking!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain GCI’s flagship product in Payments using your analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, deliver McKinsey’s flagship payments research product and help clients shape their payments strategy via best-in-class research and modeling techniques.  
• Serve as a central source of payments industry knowledge and expertise - identify topics of interest in payments space, draft research leveraging quantitative and qualitative data analysis, consumer/commercial usage patterns of payment methods to provide actionable insights and recommendations, and develop reports and presentations for clients.

Requirements:

• High performing Business Analysts in good standing with the firm
• 1+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management and analytics
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen interest in driving and scaling new offerings with massive potential and strong sponsorship
• Experience with project management software, modeling large data sets, data visualization tools, coding language, and statistics is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills
