Key Responsibilities for a Research & Financial Analyst:

• Financial Data Gathering & Organization: Collect, organize, and verify financial data from various accounting and operational sources.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct market and financial research on trends, industry benchmarks, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies for senior management review.
• General Ledger & Risk Management: Assist with ledger management and risk assessments, particularly related to accounts receivable and operational finance.
• Forecast Modeling: Develop and refine financial and market forecast models to predict trends in revenue, expenses, and market behaviour.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed, actionable reports with insights that inform effective operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate data collection, compliance, and reporting.

What skills are we looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and accounting principles. Knowledge of research tools is a plus.
• Previous experience or internships in finance, market research, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial technology is desirable.
