Research Associate Job in Pune at Labtech Innovation

Labtech Innovation is hiring for the role of Research Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct advanced research in pure or applied mathematics as per project or publication goals
• Contribute to academic writing, journal submissions (Scopus/WoS), and collaborative research proposals
• Support PhD and MTech scholars with guidance, statistical validation, and modeling techniques
• Prepare research documentation, reports, presentations, and publication-ready manuscripts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering) where mathematical modeling is applicable
• Participate in academic events, webinars, and grant-writing initiatives when needed

Requirements:

• PhD in Mathematics from a recognized university
• Strong academic background with publications in Scopus/Web of Science journals
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling, numerical methods, and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, R, LaTeX, or Python is preferred
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research documentation skills
• Strong command over academic writing and literature review
