Labtech is hiring for the role of Research Paper Writer and PhD Thesis Guidance Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct high-quality research in areas including but not limited to 5G/6G networks, MIMO systems, and spectrum optimization.
• Develop and simulate wireless systems using MATLAB, NS-3, or equivalent platforms.
• Contribute to writing research proposals and project reports.
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for joint research and development activities.
• Support the development of intellectual property (patents, technical disclosures).

Requirements:

• PhD in Wireless Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong publication record in reputed journals (IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, etc.).
• Expertise in tools like MATLAB, NS-3, Simulink, or SDR platforms (e.g., USRP, GNU Radio).
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
