Refract Technology is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist analysts in conducting research, analyzing findings, and producing reports and presentations.
• Design and conduct primary research, which includes planning and conducting telephone interviews, fielding online surveys, and conducting systematic assessments of companies’ websites and apps.
• Conduct secondary research using industry sources, including systematic assessments of companies’ digital strategies
• Convey research findings through written reports, data visualizations, videos, and infographics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0.6 Months – 3 Years
• A strong track record of academic achievement; a BA/BS degree at a minimum.
• A track record of writing clear and concise reports and analyses.
• At least 6 months of work experience in a marketing, digital business strategy, market research, or consulting role.
• Experience in successfully working independently in a team under tight deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Experience in working with primary and secondary data.
• Experience in organizing and analyzing raw survey data.
• An understanding of digital trends, processes, technologies, and tactics.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity about consumer behaviour, business, and technology, across multiple industries.
