Research Analyst Job in Mumbai at Plante Moran

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collecting data and information from various sources such as public databases, financial reports, surveys, etc.
• Analyzing data using statistical tools and analytical methods. Interpreting data sets and identifying trends, patterns, and insights that are relevant to the company's goals and requirements.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations that will summarize relevant and informative findings and analysis.
• Providing insights based on data analysis that will provide support to department decision-making processes.
• Working closely with other departments to understand their research and information needs and assisting with decision-making that is backed by data.
• Managing research projects from conception to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a research analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software’s like Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of tools like Tableau will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Time management skills and handling multiple projects simultaneously
