Research Analyst Job in Mumbai at Dentsu

Dentsu is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the Business of Ugam/ Merkle
• The person will assist the Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in setting up and executing projects assigned
• Ensure projects are executed in a seamless fashion with effective coordination with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams and vendors (such as translators, sample providers, etc)
• Follow the work allocation schedule and project plan.
• Tasks may include: − Testing online survey links − Sampling − Preparing project updates − Ensuring quality measures are followed
• Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools 
• Escalate any outstanding issue to the supervisor as soon as it is identified 
• Display skills to manage projects with limited supervision over a period of time (ideally between 3 – 6 months) 
• Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas
• Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices/procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any field
• Experience: 0 to1 year of experience
• SKILLS Technical/Domain: MS Office
• Behavioural: Communication − Learnability − Teamwork − Result Orientation − Problem Solving 
• Weekend Team caters to clients 24/7 and hence the candidate should be open to working on weekends on a rotational basis
