Sattva Consulting is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contribute to creating ecosystem-ready knowledge assets through secondary research, literature review, and documentation.
• Support in identifying and developing key topics to signal the ecosystem with the knowledge outputs.
• Support in conducting rigorous secondary and primary research to uncover the insights.
• Support in structuring and performing analysis, synthesizing the information to write critical insights, and forming new understanding and voice.
• Support in developing ideas, insights, and research pieces through strong writing in long format, develop PPT presentation with diagrams and representations of ideas.
• Support in developing end-to-end completion of knowledge outputs.
• Support project delivery through secondary research and sectoral information collation.
• Assist in building ecosystem partnerships by identifying and evaluating potential partner organizations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a postgraduate degree or a degree in business management.
• Degree in environmental sciences, sustainable development, social sciences, economics, public policy, or a related field.
• Experience in climate, sustainability, technology, and digital public infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, as well as proficiency with
• Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint and Excel—are a must.
• Passion for creating long-term, sustainable social impact, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence
