Crisil is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Enhancing current coverage on the BFSI sector research (current coverage revolves around tracking the Banking and NBFC sectors with a focus on credit growth, asset quality, profitability, funding, regulatory frameworks, etc. The coverage also involves tracking the performance of key Banks (both public and private) and NBFCs across various asset classes regularly
- Work on new areas in the BFSI space to provide value-added inputs to our clients regularly
- Primary & secondary research, assessment, and analysis along with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Interactions with multiple stakeholders in addition to interaction with clients
Requirements:
- MBA or CFA or CA
- Should have an understanding of Banking and NBFC space in terms of sector dynamics, fundamentals, and past evolution
- Have an entrepreneurial bent of mind and drive new products in the BFSI domain
- It is preferable if the candidate has on-ground experience in Banking, NBFC, or digital lending and Fintech space
