Future First is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop new trading strategies in Options to capitalize on market opportunities in the Global Market.
- Continuously create and design new trading tools using programming knowledge.
- Build risk management tools for the trading desk.
- Understand the mandates of global central banks, particularly in the US and Europe, and analyze macro-economic and central bank news impacting fixed income Options.
- Track economic figures to understand macro trends.
- Training new recruits, focusing on improving performance and enhancing the knowledge base of Market Analysts.
Requirements:
- Graduation or Post Graduation preferably in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience in quantitative research and CMT will be an added advantage.
- Advanced understanding of option pricing models and options trading strategies.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for research, in-depth analysis, and mathematical modelling.
