Research Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Future First

Future First is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create, maintain, and update quantitative and qualitative economic, financial, or statistical databases.
• Analyze macroeconomic and central bank news that impact Fixed Income derivatives.
• Design systems/set-ups competent to generate trade recommendations based on fundamental, technical, and quantitative analyses.
• Usage of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Excel, and other resources.
• Usage of technical analysis, charting, and application of other market timing methods to suggest market trends and trading opportunities across different time frames (mainly short-term).
• Focus on enhancing the knowledge base of the Market Analysts.
• Will play an active role in the training of new recruits.

Requirements:

• Graduation or Post Graduation preferably in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Experience of at least 2-3 years in a European/ US Fixed-income research, swaps desk, or trading desk at a mid-sized I -Bank or Hedge Fund is preferred.
• Excel-based modeling experience is preferred.
• CFA/FRM/CMT certification will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in Technical analysis, charting, and application of other market timing methods.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Excel, and other resources.
• Basic coding skill set.
