Koch Global Services is hiring for the role of Reporting Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis that drives business decisions.
• Variance and trend analysis – Standard vs Actual, Financial Data trends.
• Provide commentaries – Descriptive and prescriptive derived from data analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Finance Leads, to establish opportunities and drive.
• Visual data analysis – Understand data structure, provide functional support for Dashboard development, and maintain analytics dashboards.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce (M. Com) or MBA Finance.
• Overall, 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance and Accounting.
• Expertise in Financial Analysis – Variance analysis/performance summaries/profit analysis/ Working Capital performances and Ratios.
• Expertise in the corporate consolidation process will be value-added.
• Proficient in the F&A domain.
• Working experience in SAP FI, and SAP BW.
• Working Experience in consolidation tools (BPC, SAP, OneStream)
• Working experience in visualization tools, Tableau, and PowerBi - Maintenance/development of dashboards, using visual tools for the analysis.
• Basic SQL, and database management skills.
