TTEC is hiring for the role of Reporting Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate & communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Respond to various requests from internal/external customers
- Generate, update and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for operations, external clients & finance services
- Must ensure reporting accuracy & respect deadlines
- Creation of ad hoc reports
- Analyse data and define the requirements of new reports
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
- Regular follow-up with concerned stakeholders for data requirements
Requirements:
- Computer savvy & excellent English communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and report
- Provide flexible coverage during EMEA & US Hours Minimum 2-4 years experience in Data Analysis & Reporting – SHOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE and NOT MUST
- The passion and drive to make a difference
