Indicia Worldwide is hiring for the role of Reporting Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and oversee data workflows within BAU processes, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards
• Perform regular data cleaning and validation to correct errors, remove duplicates, and ensure data integrity and consistency
• Develop and prepare detailed reports using advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools. Generate ad-hoc reports as required
• Create and maintain visual dashboards and reports using Power BI, if applicable, to present data insights in an accessible and actionable format.
• Utilize Smartsheet or similar project management tools to monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Address and resolve data-related issues promptly to maintain high standards of data quality and reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresher, 0-1 years of experience in data management or data analysis, with a proven ability to handle and clean large datasets and prepare accurate reports
• Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports is a plus
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is advantageous
• Strong skills in data validation, cleaning, and error correction
• Basic knowledge of programming language is beneficial
