Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contact customers for overdue premiums, resolve payment issues, and negotiate payment plans.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads for policy renewals and new sales.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address queries, and provide product information.
- Reporting: Track collection and lead generation targets, maintain CRM records.
