Probus Insurance is hiring for the role of Renewal Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Mail to insurance companies for renewal notices and links - twice a month
- Follow up for pending renewal notices and links from insurance companies daily
- Renew summary every week
- Renew the retention report every week
- Arrange renewal payment links and renewal notices as per requirement from regions across India
- Upload renewal notices on the renewal server after receiving them from the insurer
- Download the renewal dump from the portal and confirm the same region-wise and RM-wise Once in 2 months
- Share renewal dump to all regional heads and Probus employees as per their region
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills, Advanced Excel
