Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Administer and secure remote access tools, including TeamViewer, RDP, and other remote access technologies.
• Support, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures for remote access systems.
• Monitor remote access systems to detect and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of remote access tools to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of remote access security measures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users of remote access tools.
• Stay ahead of emerging security threats and technologies in remote access.
• Support and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of remote access security to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability in cybersecurity or IT, with experience administering remote access tools
• Solid understanding of remote access tools such as TeamViewer, VPNs, and other remote access technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Proficiency in using security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO, CISA) and their impact on remote access security.
