Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer Job in Pune at IKF Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition & Sales

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
• Promote and sell company products/services (e.g., loans, banking products, investments, insurance—based on industry).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle service-related queries.

3. Portfolio Management

• Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Ensure timely documentation and verification of customer information.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to management to improve products and services.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and documentation standards.
• Maintain daily reports of sales activities, calls, visits, and customer interactions.
