Kotak is hiring for the role of Relationship Officer-Digital Banking!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through: Canopy and Umbrella activities Cold calling Referrals and open market sourcing Drive cross-selling of financial products such as: Life Insurance (LI) General Insurance (GI) Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) Personal Loans (PL) Fixed Deposits (FD) Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; field-based sales experience preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
