• Sales and Business Development: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base. Promote additional financial products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing queries, resolving issues, and handling service requests. Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries
