Job Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at Motilal Oswal, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advisory services to clients, managing their investment portfolios, and ensuring their financial objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Financial Advisory:

• Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized investment and wealth management advice.
• Recommend suitable investment products and strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
• Keep clients informed about market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.

Portfolio Management:

• Construct and manage investment portfolios based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on Motilal Oswal's products, services, and market offerings.
• Educate clients about the features and benefits of various financial products, including equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client value.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all client documentation and account records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AMFI, NISM, or CFP are preferred.
• Previous experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
