Cars24 is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager - Seller Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer Engagement & Lead Conversion
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financing options such as Loan Against Car, Personal Loan, and Used Car Loan.
  • Persuade and assist customers in completing the financing process.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information in the customer's regional language.
• Follow-ups & Lead Management
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers who have shown interest in financing.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to improve conversions.
• Document Collection & Accuracy
  • Guide customers on required documents and ensure they submit complete and accurate paperwork for loan approvals.
  • Work towards a First-Time-Right (FTR) approach to minimize rework and speed up processing.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Address customer concerns or objections in their regional language with clarity and patience.
  • Build trust and rapport to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Coordinate with the Post-Login Team for seamless processing of customer applications.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and market trends.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Local Language proficiency will be preferred. (Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam - spoken and written for South region)
• Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills – Ability to engage and convince customers.
• Target-Oriented Approach – Willingness to achieve sales and conversion goals.
• Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using CRM tools and updating customer details.
• Prior Experience in Telecalling/Sales (Preferred, but not mandatory) – Freshers with strong language and customer handling skills can apply.
