Nova Benefits is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager (Operations)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive end-to-end monthly endorsements for your clients meeting standard requirements on TAT and quality
• Act as a partner to our ICPs such as HRs, Admin leads, and Finance officers to make the best use of Nova’s platform and processes
• Communicate proactively alongside required follow-ups with clients and partners to accelerate outcomes
• Manage escalations, conduct quarterly business reviews, and do everything that is required strategically to retain clients

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in driving insurance endorsements and have required relationships/network within the insurance industry
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
• Highly detailed oriented and knows how to build meaningful relationships
• Knows basics in MS Excel and have an inclination to data. Comfortable with tools such as CRM, G-Suite etc.,
• Excited about solving problems and have passion to work in a fast pace work environment
