Job Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at Motilal Oswal, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advisory services to clients, managing their investment portfolios, and ensuring their financial objectives are met. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable investment strategies and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and other business development activities.

Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Financial Advisory:

Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized investment and wealth management advice.

Recommend suitable investment products and strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Keep clients informed about market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.

Portfolio Management:

Construct and manage investment portfolios based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.

Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on Motilal Oswal's products, services, and market offerings.

Educate clients about the features and benefits of various financial products, including equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client value.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all client documentation and account records are accurate and up-to-date.

Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and financial transactions.

Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the performance of their portfolios.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as AMFI, NISM, or CFP are preferred.

Previous experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales and target-driven mindset.

Additional Information:

This position may involve periodic travel to meet with clients and attend meetings or training sessions.
