Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate business from DSAs.
- Monitor pre and post-disbursal documents/formalities.
- Monitor & resolve Infant delinquent cases
- Build relationships with current and prospective Customers
- Provide off-roll incentive inputs for timely processing
- Meet HNI customers for Business Loans
- Generate corporate leads and closing them
- Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR, controlling PDD/delinquency
Requirements:
- Should be a graduate and above
- Minimum work experience of 3 years
- Exposure in a similar industry would be preferable
- Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal
- Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
- Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable team management skills
- Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate
