Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager- Gold Loans!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold Loan Business
- Assisting in Revenue generation through Cross-Selling products & Interest Collection
- Assisting in Gold Loans appraisal
- Maintaining good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Assisting in Customer Relationship and Follow-up, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports, Cash Management, and accounting.
- Assisting in Direct Marketing of Cross-selling products at branches of insurance products.
Requirements:
- Young and dynamic Experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans and who are passionate about building their career in the Gold loans domain.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication and also should possess basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.
