Relationship Manager - DSA Job in Jaipur at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in the mortgage process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns throughout the mortgage application process.
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their financial situation and determine the most suitable mortgage products.
• Educate clients on various mortgage options, including fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA loans, VA loans, and other specialized products.
• Collect and review required documentation from clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to facilitate the timely processing and approval of mortgage applications.
• Keep clients informed of the status of their mortgage application, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with closing agents to schedule loan closings and ensure all closing documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and market trends affecting the mortgage industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mortgage products, including conventional loans, government-insured loans, and jumbo loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and mortgage software applications.
