Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets (LAP)
  • Responsible for generating prospective sales lead
  • Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct)
  • Responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database
  • Responsible for achieving monthly business target of Rs 15 lacs minimum.
  • Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application.
  • The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months of Banking/Financeindustry/DSAs.
  • The candidate must have experience of LAP product of at least 6-7 months.
  • Should have experience of similar loan products i.e., home loan, mortgage, PL, secured, etc.
  • Only male candidates are preferred.
  • The candidate should be an experienced one with no gap.
  • If candidates are handling PL product, then they should be handling high ticket size.

Job brief

We are looking for individuals who can drive sales in lending space. The candidate will be responsible for generating prospective sales leads. The individual will meet all the prospective customers with the objective of explaining the loan products, resolving customer queries and converting the leads to sales.

Desired Candidates profile:

  • Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.
  • The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months.
  • The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.
  • The candidate must have experience into cold calling
  • The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
  • Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.
  • Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems
  • Good knowledge of local language

Requirement

  • Kindly share CVs with specific Loan Against Property, home loan, mortgage, business loanexperience of 1-2 years.
  • CTC up to 3.50 Lacs can be offered.
  • They will be entitled for incentives/vouchers too.
  • Product will be Loan Against Property.
  • Responsible for generating prospective sales lead.
  • Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct)
