Relationship Manager cum Insurance Advisor Internship at PNB MetLife

This internship followed by Full Time job program is designed in collaboration with PNB Metlife for recent graduates who want to start their career in the field of Insurance at their native locations or nearby. In this program you will be provided with an internship first and in parallel you will be completing the PNB Metlife Graduate Development Program and will get the role of Relationship Manager. Post completion of the internship, PNB MetLife will offer you a full-time job in their PNB Bancassurance channel.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide insurance advice to clients and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Meet sales targets and other performance goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to explain insurance products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in the company's database.
• Resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other insurance professionals to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Ability to explain insurance products and services to clients.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and other performance goals.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
