Job Description:

• As business development (Sales) team you play a very important role towards the growth of the organization.
• As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.
• Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.
• New Client Acquisition
• Daily client visits to at least 3 new clients
• Mapping local clients in the area
• On-boarding least (3/4/5) clients with qualified accounts per month
• Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation
• Equities & Currency, Commodities
• Third party product Sales
• Client Service and relationship management
• Maintaining Customer Relationship
• Tapping New Business Avenues
• Portfolio Management
• Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis.
