About this Job

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Officer to join our education industry team. As a Field Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and individual learners within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities –

  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into active clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand the local education industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate our educational products and services to prospective clients effectively.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with clients' requirements and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns in your territory.
  • Work closely with product development and management teams to gather customer insights and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the education industry.
  • Familiarity with educational products, services, and the overall education sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Persuasive presentation skills to demonstrate products and services convincingly.
