About the role:

  • The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship.
  • Responsible for achieving target.
  • Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the client.
  • Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
  • Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
  • Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
  • Having relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
  • Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills
  • Ability to engage sizable clients.
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Deal closure ability.
  • Ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints.

Primary Role:

Recruitment:

  • Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributor
  • Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Session to upcoming / Existing FPDs
  • Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams

Business Development:

  • Providing Trainings to Partners on Product availability
  • Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meeting, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications
  • Establishing Strong relationships with Partners, IFA in the assigned geography and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps on their business growth.
  • Providing the right information and Coordinating / Conducting regular Partner Meetings to enable their knowledge.

Candidate Requirement:

  • Self-motivated, Responsible, With convincing power. Team handling and motivation skills. Good Communication skills.
  • MBA. CFP or equivalent will be a positive.
  • 2 plus years of experience.
