Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships
• Manage and grow existing client portfolio
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell/up-sell products
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate customer data and MIS reports
