Relationship Manager Job in Delhi NCR at Jana Small Finance Bank

Job Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, builders, and referrals.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of self-sourced and DSA-sourced leads.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers.
• Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per credit and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth disbursement.
• Ensure timely login, approval, and disbursement of cases.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI norms, and KYC guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan & LAP products
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage DSA & connector networks
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Basic understanding of credit policy & documentation
• Local market knowledge is an added advantage
