Ather is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Accountable for achieving Customer Service KPIs and high standards of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) at Retail Partners PAN India.
- Ensure all incoming calls are handled by the team of CREs through proper rostering, adequate staffing, and monitoring call abandonments.
- Clarifying customer complaints
- Determining the cause of the problem
- Selecting and explaining the best solution
- Expediting correction/adjustment
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Responsible for publishing reports/dashboards on CS RP performance during reviews and identifying areas of opportunity and improvement by collecting Voice of Customer data.
- Proactively collate data points, analyze them, initiate corrective actions to enhance customer experience and improve team performance, and ensure data sanity.
- Take up concerns and issues in respective forums and follow up for closure.
- Ensure data sanity and maintain accurate data records.
Requirements:
- An eye for detail and improving process
- Ability to work with G-Suite and data well
- Great communication & writing skills in English are non-negotiable
- A love for automobiles — passion for the product helps in picking up the finest details faster
- Curiosity and excitement about new technology
- Good people skills
