Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable financial products (Loans/Investments/Accounts depending on company requirement).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, service) for smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to cross-sell financial products.
