Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through market visits, references, and other channels.
  • Acquire and manage customers for NBFC and Home Loan products.
  • Conduct field sales activities to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC or home loan sector.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and financial services.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
