Job Description:

• Acquisition of Point of sales persons/ Associates.
• Identify POS/ Associate's needs and suggest suitable insurance products/payout rates of different Insurers.
• Give Joint call support to all POSPs along with Direct Sales exposure
• Accountable for Business Targets individually in sync with POSPs acquisition / activation Target.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Impart Product training to POSPs acquired by him.
• Take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process.
