Job Description:

The Relationship Managers create engagement strategies with clients to develop a professionalrelationship through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services.It is the role of the RMs to create and maintain long-lasting and healthy relationships with customers.At Codeyoung we are looking for proactive Relationship Managers who will create trusted relationships with the customer stakeholders to ensure that the customers receive the necessary support services.Overall, ensuring that the customer gets the best service to enhance their satisfaction.

  • Develop long-term relationships with Codeyoung clients in order to ensure their success by maximizing the return on their investment in our learning solutions.
  • Deliver a great learning experience by communicating with Training Administrators in a proactive manner, allocating the appropriate internal resources, and efficiently tracking and executing client learning goals utilizing the RM process.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between the client and Codeyoung delivery and product development teams.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement "get well" plans.
  • Work timings will be based on US shifts (10 PM to 7 AM).

Job Requirements :

  • Recommended 0 to 2 years experience in Customer Success/Service roles or demonstrated ability building successful customer relationships.
  • Preferably a MBA graduate.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Strong consulting abilities and a track record of delivering business value to clients or stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • A passion for customer success. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to going above and beyond for clients. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well
  • Prior experience working with the North American clients would be a plus.
