Relationship Manager Job in Delhi at IDFC FIRST Bank

IDFC First Bank is hiring for the position of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:            

• Responsible for acquiring new customers for Business Banking with a detailed understanding of Credit assessment
• Managing portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals enhancement, retention and ensuring Portfolio Hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants
• Develop a superior working relationship with Branch banking for cross-leveraging & synergy optimization and Work within the Overall Bank ecosystem with other Stakeholders
• Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
• Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
• Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualising promotions and marketing initiatives
• Understanding of Financial statements, Credit Assessments and title- security documents.       
• Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
• Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
• Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support 

Requirements:

• Graduate - Any 
• 3-7 years of relevant branch banking experience
