Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Campaign Management:
  • Design and ideate campaigns for IMDs, employees across national/local levels, and refer for approvals/signoff from NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads, finance, and marketing team.
  • Plan and design communication plans for all the campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events across locations depending upon the type of campaign.
  • Negotiate best rates for all planned events with agencies and obtain approval from NHOD/Finance.
• Stakeholder Management (Internal/External):
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (vertical heads) to disseminate the MoM held at HO for alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide data to other functions (finance, HR, Corp. Marketing, PMO) regarding agency LOB.
  • Plan for training and communication of new systems to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendor partners) to provide inputs on new systems introduced for IMDs/employees.
• MIS & Reporting:
  • Plan the frequency, consumer, and formats of reports.
  • Review reports randomly for veracity and suggest corrections for deviations.
  • Customize report requirements by stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads). Align team members to understand requirements and review reports/dashboards before publishing to targeted stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external vendors on planning and delivering frequent report automations.
• IT Support & Automation:
  • Act as SPOC for I-Mitra portal, EezeeTab application, and access control rights to business systems.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders on revamping legacy systems, document requirements, and pass them to vendors for development of new systems

Requirements:

• Education/Qualification:Graduate

• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years
