Groww is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
• Stay updated on Groww AMC's product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes
• Active contribution to the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and expanding the business with existing clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, and financial markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
