Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open-market channels
• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new Branches
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas
• Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to loans against property/HF/ Working capital.
• Responsible for Builder relations and Builder ties to focus on Primary Markets
• Responsible for Project approvals of Builders
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross-selling & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.
• Train & Develop the DST Team and DSAs
• Liase with Internal teams for a business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
• Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
• Ensure Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

Requirements:

• Experience in secured loan sales is a must
