Standard Chartered is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and conduct proposal presentations for the portfolio assigned.
• Responsible for maintaining a cordial relationship with corporate clients.
• Drive revenue growth to the business with existing and new corporate customers.
• Ensure knowledge about the market at all times to upgrade and rise to the occasion.
• Ensure that individual targets are met, along with group targets.
• Ensure productivity and cross-sell various products.
• Focus on acquiring new clients - identification of targets
• Plan the client acquisition strategy.
• Resolve customer queries and other service issues to maintain customer satisfaction and meet client excellence.
• Leverage business from new and established client relationships.
• Manage both assets and liabilities.

Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing)
• Must be a graduate. MBA’s will be preferred.
• Sales experience of at least 1 year in the FMCG, Office automation, or Retail Banking industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in handling a Bank's Deposit and Asset Products would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, which encourage and promote enthusiasm and team spirit.
• All relevant internal and external certifications must be completed before referring/selling wealth products.
