Relationship Executive - FUNDRAISER Job in Mumbai at OLIDES SAHARA

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with current and potential donors, supporters, and stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, events, and other engagement activities.
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet financial goals and targets, including identifying prospective donors, creating donor cultivation plans, and executing fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify potential major donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundations, and develop tailored cultivation strategies to engage and solicit their support.
• Create compelling and persuasive communication materials, such as fundraising appeals, case statements, impact reports, and donor acknowledgments, to effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact to donors and supporters.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, such as galas, charity auctions, and donor appreciation events, to engage current and prospective donors and raise funds for the organization.
• Implement donor stewardship strategies to recognize and thank donors, provide regular updates on the organization's progress and impact, and ensure ongoing engagement and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, fundraising, communications) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, or sales, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals and communicate the organization's mission and impact effectively.
