Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and interactions.
• Understand customers' needs, preferences, and concerns to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Promote the organization's products and services to customers and potential clients.
• Educate customers about the features, benefits, and advantages of the products/services offered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's database.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good knowledge of relevant industry products/services.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
