Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve assigned sales numbers through customer walk-ins.
- Work closely with branch service executives to drive Gold Loan customer fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements.
- Track approval rates and other critical SLA deliverables for the Gold Loan product.
- Support the Assayer in operations and documentation activities.
