What will you do:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services. 
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth. 
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, Product, and operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. 
• Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. 
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve services and enhance the overall client experience. 
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making. 

What will you need:
